How it works
An administrator on site can trigger a real-time alarm from the dispatch app, which is sent immediately to the phones of connected workers with a siren, vibration, and a clear description of the threat (on Android; on iPhone the full siren alarm currently works while the app is open). Workers confirm they are safe and check in at the assembly point directly from the app, so the administrator has a live overview of who has acknowledged the alarm and who has reported in – and administrators can confirm people in person as well. Workers can also send an “I need help” request to the site administrators with one confirmed tap, and administrators can run clearly marked drills to practise the procedure.
Instant site-wide alerts
One tap from the administrator alerts the phones of connected workers immediately (Android; on iPhone while the app is open), with the type of emergency clearly labeled.
Multilingual SMS backup
In supported countries, a worker who has chosen to enter a phone number can receive a short backup SMS during a live alarm if the in-app alert has not been acknowledged after a short delay — in the language that matches the recipient's country calling code. SMS delivery depends on the mobile network and is not guaranteed; it is not available in every country.
Live confirmation & muster tracking
Administrators see in real time which workers have acknowledged the alarm, who has reported at the assembly point (GPS is only an approximate aid) and who has been confirmed in person by an administrator.
Who it's for
ISKRA is built for construction sites and industrial workplaces that need a fast, reliable way to warn people on site during a genuine emergency, and to keep track afterwards of who has been accounted for.
Important
ISKRA is a supplementary tool. It does not replace physical sirens, alarm systems, training or the occupational-safety procedures required on site. Delivery of alerts depends on the phone, its settings and the mobile network.
Operator & SMS sender identity
ISKRA is operated by Robert Kopacz, a registered sole trader (živnostník), Levice, Slovakia (business ID / IČO: 50 674 498). When a live alarm has not been acknowledged in the app, ISKRA can send a short backup safety alert by SMS to workers who have chosen to enter a phone number, in supported countries. Where the country allows it, these backup messages are sent under the alphanumeric sender name ISKRA, so that workers can immediately recognize the message as coming from the ISKRA safety system operated by this business. In some countries (for example Austria), SMS backup stays switched off until the sender name has been registered and approved. Where it is switched on, delivery depends on the mobile networks, which may replace the sender name, delay the message or block it, so SMS backup is a supplementary help and is not guaranteed to arrive.
